PRE SALES INFORMATION

Price, discount and terms are subjected to change without notice. Prices are those in effect at the time of acceptance of order. Possession of price list does not constitute an offer to sell.

We normally deliver your order in 2 days after we receive the LPO if the stock is available. If the stock is not available we will confirm the delivery date and will do our best to produce your products as fast as we can.

Delivery is free of charge inside Doha for truck load, less than truck load goods can be charged additional.

BGF reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

Acceptance of all orders is subject to approval by our credit department. The Company shall pay the price of the goods within the time period agreed between the parties as stated in the Purchase Order.

We attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning, to the very end. All the products are tested in our in-house well equipped lab before delivering to customer.

AFTER SALES INFORMATION

All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 15 calendar days of delivery.

You can cancel or change your order while we didn’t start production if there was no available stock. if there is stock you can also cancel your order while we didn’t send it for delivery.

If you face any issue with one of our products please write an email to info@bgfplast.com including the label written on the pipe or fitting and a prief description of your issue and we promise you will have our full support tell your issue is resolved.
